The package consists of 8 hours that must be used within 2 months of purchase. The use of hours will have to be scheduled, consumption will be recorded per activation and the integrator will be notified of the balance at the end of each service. Scheduling the support will have to be done at least 2 working hours in advance, always conditioned to resource availability, and the execution will be done by a N2 technician during business hours or extended hours (MON-FRI from 17-22h or SAB- SUN 8am-5pm) depending on partner’s need.
