To ensure business expansion and the adoption of new technologies, the Bank, specialized in credit for the corporate market, invested in its network infrastructure using fiber optic cables. With this change, the bank had no problem implementing Voice over IP (VoIP), despite using state-of-the-art equipment. According to the Infrastructure manager, each user went from using 3 points to only one today, which reduced the implementation cost, despite the equipment being more expensive. The bank used 1,226 optical access points, in addition to CAT.6 and 6A cabling, with a project implemented by Luche Tecnologia, Furukawa Authorized Channel.
